What is your return policy?

We currently do not offer refunds or store credit.  Exchanges are permitted within 10 days of delivery. Garments must be in unworn, original condition. Shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.  No exchanges on bodysuits, socks, and vintage.  To request an exchange, please email info@belovedlane.com.  All exchanges will be subject to availability.

What shipping options are available?
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 - 48 hours of purchase. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out on Monday. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays. All items are issued tracking numbers and shipped USPS Priority mail, which usually takes 2-7 business days to arrive. USPS Express Mail shipping is also available and generally takes one day to arrive after the order has shipped. We currently do not offer international shipping.
